Craig jenkins

 

 Craig’s 30-year banking career covers key functions essential to driving change and effectively implementing business strategies. With expertise in crafting go-to-market strategies for retail, small business, and commercial operations across 13 countries (including Canada, the US, and regions in Latin America and the Caribbean) and four major international banking franchises, Craig has supported businesses navigating technological, regulatory, and competitive shifts to achieve lasting success. 


Craig pairs his extensive experience with a University of Chicago MBA (Honors) and a strong focus on quantitative analysis to deliver measurable benefits from critical initiatives.

Danny Llaguno

 

Danny Llaguno is an experienced retail banking professional with over 25 years of international expertise across Latin America and the Caribbean. Known for his leadership in digital transformation, customer experience, product innovation, and small business banking, he has spearheaded multi-country projects that have upgraded banking channels, boosted sales efficiency, and enhanced customer strategies in diverse markets. 


Now based in Toronto, Danny recently served as Vice President of Retail and Small Business Support for Scotiabank in the Caribbean, Central America, and Uruguay. He led regional teams focused on digital optimization, product management, customer segments (including affluent and small business), and sales channel strategies, managing over $25 billion in assets and liabilities across six countries. He also played a key role in the regional digital onboarding transformation.


During his tenure at Scotiabank, Danny held senior roles in personal lending, external sales, card strategy, and international product development, implementing segment models, customer lifecycle frameworks, credit policies, and reward programs in regions like Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and the Caribbean. His leadership resulted in significant improvements in productivity and digital adoption. 


His career began in Ecuador, where he worked in consulting and financial services, taking on leadership roles in product management, dealer relations, and business development. Danny’s global perspective is backed by strong academics, including an Executive Master in Finance, a Fintech Certificate from MIT, and studies at the Wharton School of Business and Escuela de Organización Industrial in Spain. Fluent in Spanish and English, he brings a unique blend of skills and experience to any organization.
